AMARONE

Italian DOCG wine made out of partially and naturally dried grapes (for concentration of sugars and flavours and polymerization of grape skin tannins). A low-temperature fermentation is carried-out and the wine is matured in French or European oak. The end result is a full-bodied wine with a ripe and raisin character. Alcohol level is always around 15%.
